Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order, during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund (excluding outbound shipping costs).

2. How to Cancel or Return

  1. Email us within 14 days of receipt at returns mtkstoreuk@gmail.com with:

    • Your name & order number

    • Items you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. We’ll send you a confirmation and a returns label (if you qualify for free returns).

  3. Pack items in original condition and packaging and ship back within 14 days.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 working days.

  • Refunds will cover the item cost plus any paid inbound return shipping (for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods).

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Non-returnable items: personalized/custom goods, perishable products, sealed audio/video/digital software once unsealed.

  • Sale items: only refundable if faulty or not as described.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of use beyond inspection or are returned outside the policy window.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, email support mtkstoreuk@gmail.com with photos.

  • We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including all shipping costs).
